Enze Han

Enze Han is an Associate Professor in the Department of Politics and Public Administration at The University of Hong Kong, where his research focuses on the international relations of Southeast Asia, China’s foreign policy toward Southeast Asia, ethnic politics in China, and borderland state formation. He has published several books with Oxford University Press, including *The Ripple Effect* (2024) and *Asymmetrical Neighbors* (2019), and has authored more than 40 academic articles.[1][4]
