Enrique Serna

Enrique Serna (born January 11, 1959) is one of Mexico's most celebrated living writers, best known for his novels of historical fiction such as El seductor de la patria and Ángeles del abismo. He began his career writing for Mexican telenovelas in the 1990s before transitioning to novels and short stories, earning recognition from Gabriel García Márquez as one of Mexico's best short story writers.
