Enoch Conklin
Enoch Conklin was a 19th-century American photographer and author known for his work documenting the American Southwest. In 1877, he traveled through southern Arizona, reaching Yuma on September 29, and produced 'Enoch Conklin's Picturesque Arizona' in 1878 based on that journey, along with stereoscopic views such as those of the Colorado River and Ehrenburg, Arizona. He is recognized as an artist whose photographs captured the region's landscapes during the late 1870s.
