Elyse Sommer

Elyse Sommer is a journalist, editor, author, and theater critic who founded and serves as publisher and editor-in-chief of CurtainUp Magazine, evolving from her Going Places column on arts and entertainment in the Berkshires. She graduated from New York University's School of Journalism and has worked in publishing as a magazine editor, author's agent, and book packager, with her theater pieces anthologized in educational texts. Sommer has authored books including Rock and Stone Craft and Similes Dictionary.[2][5][7]
