Elizabeth Whyte
Elizabeth Whyte Schulze is a fiber artist whose work draws inspiration from petroglyphs of the American Southwest, contemporary graffiti, and cave paintings of Lascaux, which she visited firsthand. She earned a B.A. from Ohio Wesleyan University in 1970 and an M.A. from Tufts University in 1972, and was a Crafts Fellow in 2009. Her innovative fiber art continues to evolve the fiber revolution in contemporary crafts.[1][5]
