Elizabeth Fajans is a legal writing scholar and educator who served as Associate Professor of Legal Writing Emerita at Brooklyn Law School. Her work is associated with legal writing pedagogy and scholarly writing for law students, and she has taught in Brooklyn, New York.[1][6]
