Elizabeth Elwood

Elizabeth Elwood is a British-born Canadian author of six mystery books in the Beary Mystery series, known for their smart plotting, wit, and style. Born in London, England, she moved to Canada in 1957, graduated from U.B.C. with degrees in English and opera training, and later became a playwright, teacher, and artistic director of Elwoodettes Marionettes.
