Elizabeth Clare Prophet
Elizabeth Clare Prophet (1939-2009) was an American spiritual leader, author, and founder of the Church Universal and Triumphant, a New Age religious organization that at its peak had 30,000 to 50,000 followers. Her teachings blended mysticism, Christianity, and Eastern religions, and she authored numerous books on spirituality covering topics such as angels, karma, reincarnation, and practical spirituality. She was trained by what she called the Ascended Masters and delivered their messages through her ministry until her retirement.
