Elizabeth Chell

Professor Elizabeth Chell is a retired academic scholar in Organizational Behaviour who developed expertise in small firms and became renowned for her work on the Entrepreneurial Personality. She held chairs at Newcastle, UMIST, and Southampton universities, and retired from Kingston University on December 31, 2020, earning the title of Emeritus Professor, Fellow of the RSA, and Fellow of BAM. Her work continues to be extensively read and cited, and she has contributed literary reviews, such as on Cathi Rae’s poetry collection 'Just This Side of Seaworthy'.
