Angelo Elia is an Italian-born chef and restaurateur renowned for elevating Italian cuisine in South Florida. Born in Salerno, Italy, he began cooking at age 12 in his mother's kitchen, trained in New York City, and opened his flagship Casa D’Angelo in Fort Lauderdale in 1998, expanding to a culinary empire including multiple locations of Angelo Elia Pizza, Bar, and Tapas. With over three decades of experience, he oversees more than 500 employees across fine dining and casual Italian concepts celebrated for authenticity and quality.
