Edwin T (Edwin Troxell) Freedley
Edwin T. (Edwin Troxell) Freedley (1827-1904) was an American author known for his works on industrial history and manufacturing. He contributed to 'A History of American Manufactures from 1608 to 1860,' completing the project after J. Leander Bishop, and authored 'Philadelphia and Its Manufactures: A Hand-Book' in 1858, as well as 'Leading Pursuits and Leading Men.' His writings focused on the origin, growth, and key figures in American mechanic arts and trades.[1][2][3][4]
