Edwin Louis Cole
Edwin Louis Cole (1922–2002), known as the father of the Christian men's movement, founded the Christian Men's Network in 1977 to promote manhood and Christlikeness among men. A former pastor, evangelist, missionary, and U.S. Coast Guard veteran, he authored bestselling books like Maximized Manhood, with over four million copies sold in more than forty languages, and influenced organizations like Promise Keepers. He passed away from bone marrow cancer at age 79.
