Edward Thomas

Edward Thomas (1878–1917) was a British writer best known for his poetry, prose, and literary criticism, especially his evocative depictions of the English countryside. He wrote most of his poetry in the final years of his life and is now regarded as one of the major English poets of the early 20th century.
