Edward FIELDS

Edward Field was an American poet and author born in Brooklyn, New York, known for work shaped by his World War II service and his open exploration of identity. He published numerous poetry collections, won major literary awards, and also received an Academy Award for narration on the documentary film *To Be Alive*.
