Edward D. Mansfield

Edward D. Mansfield is an American political scientist, educator, writer, and editor whose research focuses on international security, international political economy, and international institutions. He is the Hum Rosen Professor of Political Science and Director of the Christopher H. Browne Center for International Politics at the University of Pennsylvania, and has also taught at Columbia University and Ohio State University.
