Ed Klekowski

Edward J. Klekowski is a Professor Emeritus of Biology at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, specializing in mangrove ecosystems of the Caribbean and deep-water environments.[1][2] He earned his B.S. and M.S. from North Carolina State University and Ph.D. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1968, followed by postdoctoral work at institutions including the Royal Botanic Garden Kew and Cambridge University.[1][4] In retirement, he has gained recognition as a videographer and writer with interests in World War I.[2][3]
