E. Roberts Alley is an environmental engineer with over 40 years of professional experience, specializing in water, drainage, wastewater, and air pollution control projects. He is also an author of ten environmental-related books, including the 'Air Quality Control Handbook' and 'Water Quality Control Handbook', and has served as an adjunct professor at Vanderbilt University and George Washington University.
