DY Cameron

Sir David Young Cameron (DY Cameron) was a renowned British artist celebrated as a painter of Scottish landscapes and a highly influential etcher, particularly known for his contributions to the Etching Revival. Born in Glasgow in 1865, he achieved significant acclaim in Edinburgh, London, Berlin, and Munich, and was knighted by King George V in 1924.
