Dwight D Eisenhower
Dwight D. Eisenhower was the 34th President of the United States, serving two terms from 1953 to 1961, and is renowned for his role as Supreme Commander of Allied forces in Europe during World War II[2][4]. Born in Denison, Texas on October 14, 1890, he was raised in Abilene, Kansas and graduated from West Point in 1915[1][2]. He died on March 28, 1969, in Washington, D.C., after years of cardiac illness[1][2].
