Drew Kampion

Drew Kampion is an American surfing journalist, editor, and author known for helping transform surf journalism at magazines such as *Surfer* and *Surfing*. He has written numerous books on waves, surf culture, and prominent surfers, and has also worked as an editor and writer for several surf and lifestyle publications.[1][2][4] He was born in Buffalo, New York, in 1944 and is widely recognized for his influence on modern surf media.[2][4][5]
