Dr. Viktor E. Frankl

Dr. Viktor E. Frankl was an Austrian neurologist, psychiatrist, philosopher, and Holocaust survivor who founded logotherapy, a school of psychotherapy centered on the search for meaning in life. He is best known for his autobiographical work 'Man's Search for Meaning,' which reflects on his experiences in Nazi concentration camps and his belief that finding purpose is essential to mental health. Frankl served as a professor of neurology and psychiatry at the University of Vienna until his death in 1997.
