Dov Lynch

Dov Lynch is an Irish diplomat, essayist, and novelist specializing in international security, conflict resolution, and second-track diplomacy. He has held senior roles at UNESCO, the OSCE, and the EU Institute for Security Studies, and currently serves as Director of External Relations at UNESCO. His literary works include the novels 'Mer noire' (2015) and 'Hauts-Fonds', written in French and originally in English.
