Douglas Woolf

Douglas Woolf (1922–1992) was an American novelist and short-story writer known for gently comic, darkly satirical fiction about outsiders in modern American society. His best-known works include The Hypocritic Days, Fade Out, and Wall to Wall, and his longer fiction often follows cross-country journeys or unsettled protagonists.
