Édouard Manceau is a French author and illustrator born on January 24, 1969, in Cholet, Maine-et-Loire, who studied at the École des beaux-arts d'Angers and began publishing children's books in 1999.[1][4] Specializing in paper cut-outs and collages, he has created over 100 humorous books for children, translated into more than 20 languages, and also designs games and leads workshops worldwide.[2][3][5] He lives in Toulouse, France, where he has his studio.[5]
