Dorothy Wordsworth
Dorothy Wordsworth (1771–1855) was an English author, poet, and diarist, best known for her intimate journals that documented her life and the natural world, which profoundly inspired her brother, the Romantic poet William Wordsworth. Though she never published during her lifetime, her writings, including the Grasmere Journals, are celebrated for their evocative descriptions of nature and their role in the Romantic literary movement.
