Donna Carpenter

Donna Carpenter is the owner and Chair of the Board of Directors for Burton Snowboards, a company founded by her late husband Jake Burton Carpenter in 1977 in Londonderry, Vermont. She met Jake in 1981, married him in 1983, and has been a driving force at the company, serving as CEO and founder of its women's initiatives. She also chairs the Chill Foundation Board.
