Donald P. Racheter

Donald P. Racheter was an American attorney, political activist, and veteran who served in the U.S. Army and U.S. Army Reserve from 1970 to 1996.[1] He was born in Pigeon, Michigan, on April 1, 1947, earned degrees from the University of Michigan and law school, and later became known for his work in public affairs and tax policy.[3][4]
