Dominic Thomas

Dominic Thomas is a British academic and Madeleine L. Letessier Professor and Chair of the Department of French and Francophone Studies at UCLA. He is an author and editor specializing in comparative literature, postcolonialism, and francophone African studies, with notable works including Black France (2007) and Africa and France (2013). He also serves as a CNN/CNN International European Affairs Commentator and editor of the Global African Voices series at Indiana University Press.
