DJ Jaffe

DJ Jaffe was an American mental health advocate and policy writer, best known as the executive director of Mental Illness Policy Org. He was a prominent campaigner for reforms such as Kendra’s Law and the federal Helping Families in Mental Health Crisis Act, and authored the 2017 book Insane Consequences: How the Mental Health Industry Fails the Mentally Ill.
