Dimitris Gritzalis

Dr. Dimitris Gritzalis is a Professor of Cybersecurity and ICT Security at the Department of Informatics, Athens University of Economics and Business (AUEB), Greece, where he also directs the Information Security and Critical Infrastructure Protection (INFOSEC) Laboratory and related master's programs.[1][2][4] He holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Patras, an MSc in Computer Science from City University of New York, and a PhD in Information Systems Security from the University of the Aegean.[4] Gritzalis has authored over 250 research papers on topics including cybersecurity, critical infrastructure protection, IT audit, risk assessment, and advanced persistent threats, with more than 19,968 citations.[4][6]
