Dick Couch
Dick Couch is a former U.S. Navy SEAL, CIA Maritime Operations Officer, and New York Times bestselling author known for his works on special operations and military ethics. A 1967 graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy, he led a successful POW rescue operation with SEAL Team One during the Vietnam War in 1970 and retired from the Navy Reserves as a Captain in 1997. He began his writing career in 1990, authoring numerous fiction and non-fiction books including SEAL Team One, The Warrior Elite, and Act of Valor.
