Diane M. Browder
Diane M. Browder, PhD, is a Distinguished Professor Emerita of Special Education at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She has conducted extensive research and written about assessment and instruction for students with severe and significant cognitive disabilities since the 1980s. She is the Principal Investigator of Project RAISE, a federal grant evaluating early literacy curricula for students with moderate-to-severe developmental disabilities.
