Diane Kochilas

Diane Kochilas is a Greek-American cookbook author, chef, and cooking teacher known for promoting Greek and Mediterranean cuisine through books, television, and her cooking school on Ikaria. She is the host and co-executive producer of PBS's "My Greek Table" and has written more than 18 books on Greek food.
