Deuki Hong

Deuki Hong is a Korean-American chef, restaurateur, and cookbook author known for his work in San Francisco and New York. He co-authored the New York Times bestselling cookbook *Koreatown: A Cookbook* and has led restaurant projects including Sunday Bird and Sunday Hospitality Group.
