Derek W. G. Sears

Derek W. G. Sears is a planetary scientist and senior research scientist with the Bay Area Environmental Research Institute at NASA Ames Research Center. He is also an emeritus university professor at the University of Arkansas and has published extensively on meteorites, lunar samples, asteroids, and the history of planetary science.
