Dennis Wrong

Dennis Hume Wrong was a Canadian-born American sociologist and professor at New York University, where he taught for nearly three decades. He was best known for his influential 1961 essay "The Oversocialized Conception of Man in Modern Sociology" and later writings on sociology, intellectual life, and social order.
