Debra A. Pinals

Debra A. Pinals is a board-certified psychiatrist and forensic psychiatrist who serves as an adjunct clinical professor of psychiatry at the University of Michigan Medical School and the University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School. She is the medical director of behavioral health and forensic programs for the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services and holds leadership roles in psychiatry, law, and ethics, including serving as the 39th President of the American Academy of Psychiatry and the Law (AAPL).
