Debbie Moose

Debbie Moose is an award-winning American food writer, essayist, and cookbook author based in Raleigh, North Carolina. A journalism graduate of UNC Chapel Hill, she worked as a newspaper reporter and editor before becoming a food editor, and later turned to freelance writing and cookbooks that explore Southern food and culture.
