Debbi Fields (born Debra Jane Sivyer) is an American entrepreneur, author, and the founder and spokesperson of Mrs. Fields Bakeries. She began as one of the Oakland Athletics' first ball girls and used her passion for baking to build the Mrs. Fields cookie brand into a major international franchise.[1][2][4]
