Deanna Dickinson McCall

Deanna Dickinson McCall is an author and rancher who currently lives in the mountains of New Mexico with her husband, Dave. She writes about the American West in prose and poetry, drawing from her family's long lineage of ranchers who revere the land and livestock. McCall has authored four books: Mustang Spring, Rough Patches, Rough Patches II, and Split Reins, and has won various awards for her writing.
