Dawn Babb Prochovnic
Dawn Babb Prochovnic is an award-winning children's book author and early literacy consultant based in Portland, Oregon.[1][2] She is the founder of SmallTalk Learning, a company specializing in teaching American Sign Language to parents and caregivers of hearing infants and toddlers.[6] Her published works include the "Where Does a Cowgirl Go Potty?" and "Where Does a Pirate Go Potty?" series, 16 books in the "Story Time with Signs & Rhymes" series, and "Lucy's Blooms," with one title selected as an Oregon Book Awards finalist.[2][3]
