David Toke
Dr David Toke is a Reader in Energy Politics at the University of Aberdeen, UK, with a background previously in journalism and school teaching before entering academia. He has authored seven books, including 'Low Carbon Politics' and 'Energy Revolutions - profiteering versus democracy', and has written over 50 papers in refereed journals.
