David T Allen

Dr. David T. Allen is the Gertz Regents Professor of Chemical Engineering and Director of the Center for Energy and Environmental Resources at the University of Texas at Austin. He is the author of seven books and over 300 papers on urban air quality, sustainable systems engineering, and environmental education materials. A leading expert in air quality modeling and policy, he earned his B.S. from Cornell University in 1979 and Ph.D. from Caltech in 1983.
