David Skeel

David Arthur Skeel, Jr. is an American law professor and author specializing in bankruptcy law, corporate law, and financial regulation. He is the S. Samuel Arsht Professor of Corporate Law at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and has written books including "Debt’s Dominion," "Icarus in the Boardroom," and "The New Financial Deal."
