David P Forsythe

David P. Forsythe is an American political scientist and professor emeritus at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, known for his scholarship on human rights and humanitarian affairs. He has written influential works on the International Committee of the Red Cross and the international politics of human rights, and has also served as a consultant to the ICRC and the UNHCR.
