David Nicholls
David Nicholls is a British novelist and screenwriter born on 30 November 1966 in Eastleigh, Hampshire, England. After graduating from the University of Bristol in 1988 with a degree in Theatre and English, he initially worked as an actor before transitioning to screenwriting, creating the TV series Rescue Me and adapting works like One Day into a film and Netflix series. He has authored six novels, including the bestselling One Day, and has received a BAFTA and an Emmy nomination for his screenwriting.[1][2][5]
