David Levithan

David Levithan (born September 7, 1972) is an American author of young adult fiction, known for works featuring strong LGBTQ+ characters such as Boy Meets Boy, Every Day, and Two Boys Kissing. He is also an editorial director at Scholastic, founder of the PUSH imprint, and has collaborated with authors like John Green and Rachel Cohn. Levithan has received awards including the ALA Margaret A. Edwards Award in 2016 and multiple Lambda Literary Awards.[1][2][3]
