David Konstan

David Konstan was a renowned American classicist and professor of classics at New York University, known for his extensive scholarship on emotions, beauty, friendship, and the Greek novel in ancient antiquity. He taught for three decades at Brown University before moving to NYU, where he continued his influential work until his death in 2024.
