David Kleinbard

David Kleinbard is a literary scholar and author specializing in comparative literature and poetry. He is professor emeritus on the doctoral faculty in comparative literature at the Graduate Center of the City University of New York, and of English and comparative literature at Queens College, CUNY. His scholarly work includes a psychological study of Rainer Maria Rilke and essays on major literary figures including D.H. Lawrence, William Faulkner, and Galway Kinnell.
