David Katz

David Katz is an American author and documentary producer known for his work on reggae, dub, and dancehall music. He has written books such as People Funny Boy: The Genius of Lee 'Scratch' Perry and Solid Foundation: An Oral History of Reggae, and has contributed to several major music reference works.
